What age child is Mermaid Mail for?
Mermaid Mail is perfect for children aged 3–9 years but certainly not limited to these ages. Younger children are able to have the letters read to them and enjoy the captivating illustrations and older children are able to read and explore the letters independently.
Do we require a separate subscription for each child in our household?
Each letter comes with one sticker and one colouring in sheet so this is dependant on whether your mer-fans are happy to share.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! that would be so special. Just add the recipient's details into the Shipping section and your details into the Billing section at checkout. Click here to download a gift certificate so they can get excited about their Mermaid Mail delivery on the way!
Is Mermaid Mail aimed at both genders?
Absolutely, inclusion is at the forefront of our minds as we truly believe the underwater world can be a magical experience for all children. There are mermaids and merboys featured in varying letters.
Can I change the delivery address during my subscription?
Yes! Open your order confirmation email, there you will find the link to manage your subscription. Click on the link and it will take you to the customer portal where you can adjust your delivery address.
When and where do you post, and how long does it take?
We post Mermaid Mail worldwide from South Australia using Australia Post. You will receive an email confirmation when your Mermaid Mail has been posted each month.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Within Australia 6-7 business days
- USA/Canada 15+ business days
- UK/Europe 15+ business days
- New Zealand 15+ business days
- Asia/Pacific 15+ business days
- Rest of World 25+ business days
Note that Mermaid Mail is not tracked.
What if my Mermaid Mail doesn’t arrive?
If your Mermaid Mail hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, please reach out to us at hello@happyenvelopeclub.com.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
The month-month subscription is ongoing until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date by following the instructions in your order confirmation email.
6 and 12-month subscriptions do not automatically renew.
What happens if I would like to pause my subscription instead of cancelling it?
If you'd like to pause your subscription rather than cancelling, just reach out to us at hello@happyenvelopeclub.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
